When engaging in any activity there is always some element of risk, please look after yourself and manage risk accordingly.
I am saying please get out and enjoy yourself but also look after yourself. No fun nursing an injury after an outing as you will have to miss the next one or are too scared to go out again!
We should be responsible for ourselves!
